Some of our drivers do this already. It works great and a scanner pays for itself with money you don't spend on faxes.

There are companies that pay on the honor system. Once the delivery is done, it's in the pay cycle. I don't know of an expedite company that does it.

I do love having the scanner/copier in my truck.

I'm in Fostoria, Oh. waiting on a reload back to Gaylord, Mi.

You have to climb over the fence around the water tower. There you will find a small door however, I can never get anyone to open it.

Ahem...

I'm in New Iberia, LA, south of Fayetteville a little ways. Ran a 1000 pound chemical tote to a chemical plant here, and just as I arrived, about a mile away, the chemical plant blew up. Bang. And then lots more bangs. The van rattled and shook. Bunches of fireballs and lots of smoke. I soiled myself, several times I think. It was fun.

The plant is located on an old Navy air base, where the Arcadiana airport is now. There's also a university primate research lab on the site, where they have like 7000 primates housed. Apparently no one was injured, and the primates are not being evacuated. They initially had a 5 mile evacuation zone, while they're letting the fire burn itself out, but that burned down quickly and it's now a 1 mile zone. I'm at the Walmart in New Iberia.

Problem is, I'm still loaded with the tote. The customer wants to wait until tomorrow to figure out what they wanna do with it.

Warning about a location for loads!

Any Olive Branch MS loads proceed with caution.

This was our third load from that area with problems of 7 years of expediting.

They all think truck drivers are not worth a dime and they think they can load the truck however they want, and will argue with you no matter what color a horse is.

I hate that area and wish never to go back. I think something is really wrong with all those people in that area.
