but i really need a load to move on ... lol ....... being no#1 on the baords and only 2 trucks here..... so far.......

Got a load from Benton Harbor, MI to Findlay, OH yesterday afternoon. 97F when I left Benton Harbor yesterday at 1pm. Same in Findlay. DH home from Findlay, didn't want to sit in 90 some degree heat all day today, so I am #2 and nothing is moving. Dispatch says they're busy, but I haven't seen a cargo van leave out of this area or out of Findlay since I've been paging both places. Hope this freight starts picking up real soon. So far got 509 miles for 3 days.

Tried the Panther thing for 5 years and couldn't make any money. Too many drivers. Seems like it's getting to be the same here too.

Sorry to hear that Joe, I'm just across the Alligator ally in Naples. Last i heard, CheffDenniss have a winter house next to you...or something.
i had an Engine fire yesterday, the A/C compressor sized, and BBQ'ed itself. all good now.
it was over 220,000 mil. since the last breakdown !
Can't beat a Glider.

Chef lives not too far from me in Toledo area. I live about 8 miles north of Toledo in Michigan.
