Pilot on I-85 in Kannapolis NC...good dinner...go to bed and make it into Atlanta tomorrow and make my delivery monday am...the wait at the "J" on I-75 south of Atlanta....

Sitting outside Dave's Marketplace in East Greenwich, RI. Picking up this afternoon.
Wow this has been one wierd month. Every single delivery location we've gone to is where someone else told us was a 'dead' freight area. All have been the contrary.
Good motnh for us so far....feeling blessed...and keeping fingers crossed/knocking on wood.

What can be dead for some,can be busy for others.No such thing as luck,your proving there is,just like couple weeks a go I delivered in Laredo,and reloaded next morning 1/4 mile from where I unloaded.That's what I call luck

stuck in the gawd for saken so called freight lanes!!! Ohio and Mi...how does anyone make money with these terrible runs?
Had a very short load this morning. 12 miles total deadhead included, but it did have a $1.67 fuel surcharge. To bad that wasn't on 500 miles!
I also had the privilege of meeting Dancorn at the drop. It's always nice to meet another EO member. Sitting in Smyrna TN now.

Been sitting here at the Flying J in Laredo since last Thursday. Got to where I don't want to do Texas anymore. Everytime we have a bad week it is because we were dispatched to Texas. This time Laredo, last time Dallas, time before was El Paso, time before that was Laredo. Seriously thinking about not taking any more Texas runs. Dispatch has been trying really hard to get us out but keep getting under bid. They can only go so low, at least their giving it their best shot! We're lucky to have such good dispatchers. I tell ya, I wouldn't want to have their jobs. Can you imagine the stress they must be under! Ya know, we don't stop to think about how they must be feeling with drivers breathing down their necks cause loads are few and far between and then every time they manage to find a load either the drivers don't want it or they get under bid! Nope, wouldn't want to be in their shoes one bit.

I should have been keeping up with my locations. Aileron didn't find the party in a box (truck) until after dinner. Now I owe both him and Xiggi.Got a chance to meet Gotta Go yesterday. What a nice truck! And what a nice lady to go with the truck
Highway Star was nice enough to buy breakfast one day last week. I'll forgive him for taking my parking spot.
We are at the house, had some work done at the Transicold in Ft. Wayne. Ran home to check the mail!! Back in service in the morning.
