Juju my son is on the football coaching staff with the Univ. of Toledo...he also helps out with the quarterbacks and recievers at one of the local highschools...he was approached to be the offensive coordinator and QB coach for the NW Ohio regional High School Football All-Star game...while he has been working with kids in football forever, and has been an asst coach on a few high school teams, the UT position, and a few others that is are good resume builder..this game tonight is his 1st where he has control of the offensive game plan and play calling...the offense is his...
It is one of those "proud papa" moments...
Also, while all of his brothers and sisters and extended family will be there, this will be the 1st football game for my new Grandson!! The "Coach" has something "special" for that planned...

It's July, it's hot in Laredo with no relief in sight and the trips are slow coming in..it's enough to make a seasoned expeditor testy..
Heck..I'm testy cuz Ken's still waiting and I'm sitting in an air conditioned home..I just don't want to go outside long enough to water or mow and they both need doing!

Yes, they re-aligned it.It was steering towards the left a little.Alot better!! just need to grease it now,which hasnt been done done in quite awile! It just cost alot more than originally planned..The steering box had excessive play, which was also replaced...This will hurt me finacially for a little bit, and it couldnt come at a better time!! lol..
I have been ready to go back to work since Weds. afternoon, surprised I am still sitting!!Realizing July is a slower month and all....

It has to be. I think its because we have taken so much time off this month, and things we have going on at home are making me nervous.
Isn't that always the way it works..Ken took that time off to finish up the kitchen and now WHAMMO! Things are moving about like that commercial where the swimming team is swimming in caramel!
