Hmmm...I swear I posted this once, but its not here...so....

Adrian Mich to Milford Ct....across the GW bridge..yipee...:rolleyes: At least it will be really late when I get there...But then once I drop I will beat feet back out of there and then take a "slow crawl" back across the bridge and out if there headin west...have real need to be home fri evening by 1900...just need dispatch to work there magic....

Almost to our pick up...FINALLY . after being harrasses by dispatch for.two hours on something completely out of our control of having to detour due to flooding. Was trying to get into.Iowa from Nebraska so miles to pu were.more than dispatched and took longer.

Stupid phone. i went to edit, it deleted..... nyway I didn't mean for my posts to sound so negative. I know they are just doing their.job and dealing with customers. Don't want them to be mad at as. Just was frustrating when we are trying to figure out how to get across and explaining to them why we can't go the way the gps said.

don't sweat the small stuff Jenny...we all have been there...it is frustrating....

Is our dispatch the greatest or whay?!?!? I took this load up to CT knowing the NE can be a pita to get out of and figuring I'd be DH.n out to the lower NY area...I asked dispatch to note that while it wasn't an emergency I did have a need to be home by friday night if at all possible...

So after dropping here in Ct at 7 am , i went to bed...Low and behold Mike Jr called with a PU up in Cicopee Mass goin to Cleveland Ohio....I'll be home for a very important timew in my sons life friday night...

Thanks dispatch and my hats off to Mike Jr....:)

WE do drive with one of the best in this business...:)

Oh and it ain't a cheap freight load just to get me home either..:D

Dispatch is awesome. Tracy has been running solo for the past week and a half, since I am home with our son. He has gotten a load every day he has been out there except for Sat. and Sun last weekend.

He is on another load right now picking up near Joliet, Ill delivering in Port Huron, MI tonight. Thank you Dispatch for keeping him moving.

Dispatch had to adjust to truck 3032 being a team truck to a solo truck temporarily and they have done wonders. So our income is still there while I care for our son. What a great company to drive for!

Glad you are able to make it home Dennis for your family's special time. Familly time is extremely important! Load 1 seems to understand that. Load 1 seems to work miracles when asked to. We are fortunate to hace this great carrier who cares about their drivers!

John sets the stage for that, thanks John and all of Load1 for being who and what you are.

At Oasis rest area off 294 in Chicago. 1st load in the Sprinter. P/u in Monroe. 100 miles from Chi town dispatch calls. The loaded the wrong pallet. Turn around and go swap it out. More $$$. Yippie. Dispatch treated me real good.
