Ok here they are...now that they are on, i am not too sure I like how the red stripe is...I think it needs to be longer and the taper needs to be full length from the ft to the back...I think i'll be re-doing it soon...

Oh they are also on the "Load 1" FB page!!

You need some chrome....lol...Wheels, maybe???:D

At the yard, in the drivers lounge, after a day of catching up on to do things..Going home in a few, and start insulating, installing roof vents tomarrow..The heat buildup is unreal inside the van in the hot weather.Dispatch said it is slow, so it wouldnt be a problem for me to do this...Always communicate with dispatch, it eliminates alot of problems!

With the month of July being a traditional slow month, with the exception of last year, I would think it may be a good idea for us to take every load offered...We never know what the future holds in store! And our dispatchers are so un-predictable!!

Had another awesome week, dispatch never ceases to amaze me...Unloaded in Laredo July 4th, 8 am, and re-loaded on wednesday, coming to Indiana, then got a sweet small load paying bukooo money from Champaign,Ill to the yard.A shoe box,Sized box, that appeared to be empty...lol..

Okay, gotta go!!

Stay home, Ken! Remember, July is usually a slower month...Cut some more trees down..split some wood....lol..

Ok, a quick update then to work....Hauled HUMAN cargo yesterday!! That was a 1st...While on my way home, dispatch called and aske for a favor..seem one of the "truck load division" driver rolled his truck over in Columbus Fri...he had a hopital stay and ended up being released Sat motning , but with no ride ad the EMT's had cut his clothes off him, so he had no clothes either....I was just getting to I 70 & I 75 when they called, Pam asked me if I could run to the hospital and pick him up andrun him to Taylor..yeap, no problem..oh he he has no clothes...how big is he..ok i have something he can wear!!!

So after picking him up, when to get hs personal stuff from his truck at the tow lot....found out the the accident was "probably" cause by a broken steering box...

Anyhow hauled him to the yard...Have a QC for the dispatch to pickup a person...pretty cool...Seem Guido i the yard...got home did the wifes deals and now goin to work on the interior of the truck....Yea John, thats the type of stripe I am thinking will be on the truck asap..if not, then after expo..

Speaking of Expo an rooms, Nick & Jenny, I am hoping that the offer to sleep and shower i you hotel room still stands..??!? I'd greatly appreciate it and will "tip" well...:D

Oh, and while BS'n with guido, I notice that the rt ft tire was wearing really bad on the inside edge...now I rotated the tires 3 weeks ago and they were fine...BUT..i do remember hitting a BIG pothle about 2 weeks ago...it looks like that took the alignment out on the rt ft...So monday is a good alignment then in service.....tires appear to be on the horizon ina few months..bt thats not all bad, cause the tires that are on it from the factory are nothing but junk....

Dennis,

Thanks for bringing the driver back home, it is greatly appreciated!! Bad accident, lost a tractor and a trailer. But most important part is no one was hurt! Equipment can be replaced, people can't.
