He actually does the right thing....he talks to the shippers and receivers......Is this something on going or a 1 shot deal?....things like that and then he'll play that area or not....no such thing as enough insider info...
After unloading last night I was headed Home ... but then they through the 1050 mile Steak on my plate ...lol ...

Jan, July and Aug are traditional slow "ON Average" That leaves 9 months to work
Considering long weekends and the effect of such takes another month off....Leaving 8 months of work
Of the remaining months The first week of the month is traditional slow...."ON Average" ...8 weeks or 2 months
Leaving 6 months to work....
an election year is said to be traditionally slow by some, taking out the entire year....

Got a load last night, have to wait until 11am to pickup...Leesport, PA to Byron Center, MI for Monday. Will swing by the house on the way. I also tend to speak to shippers and consignee, usually to get repeat business directly to my company instead of a 3PL.
