Started with a shorty Monday morning, Milwaukee to Monroe WI, paid both ways. By the time I got back they had a load from Milwaukee to Atlanta. Before I even got to Atlanta they had a load for me from Atlanta up into Ontario. Sure doesn't seem like the quarter is starting slow. Second great week in a row. Hope 2013 keeps going like it is. Time to get some sleep now.

In McKinney Tx, just had my brother's friend drop the fuel tank on my sprinter, had diesel leak. Luck was with me on this one because it was only a loose sending unit that came unscrewed and one 7 dollar seal. simple fix, better then a 400 dollar fuel tank.

Does seem odd....and a bit quick, but every company has different freight lanes and customers. Hopefully the load going down paid REALLY well. He will almost be back to where he picked it up at.

I may be back on the road soon. The doc claims the pain is all in my head because he looked at the wrong ultrasound of the wrong leg and was like "everything is normal" come to find out it is not so. But I might just force myself back on the road for another year and a farewell tour.

I'm looking at a nice van with low mileage, stellar paint job, power windows, and chrome bumpers. I will be back in my new stretch limo/expediter van cruising the country for parcels of freight to haul. The question is will I use the multi-carrier model or the single carrier model? My current van and driver is staying in the multi-carrier model, but I'm not so sure about the new van. Any suggestions?
