Picked up a load in Cadillac, MI after 1650 paid miles sitting in Laredo, TX waiting for the next one. Brought the wife out with me and I think she is actually enjoying it!

Going to Laredo is the easy part, but getting out will be a test of your carriers ability to outbid the competition. At least you got a higher rate on the way in. That should make a possible relocation decision a little bit easier. Good luck!

checked into Colorado center 1st out. Boards showed 1 load left out but 3 of us sittiing and one has a 75. Funny how it was I never got offered that load and at the time I was first out. Also interesting is that the unite with the 75 never showed till after the load was shown dispatched but no trucks seem to leave still the same amount here. Guess fred the computer blew a diode or maybe a circuit card. figures.

That is the likely answer on the flat raters. "Like babes in the woods" wondering and waiting.

Suck it up CUPCAKES :D

Not THAT'S funny right there !! :D

Conspirisy theories aside, did you ever think that someone may have taken a run into a marginal area or for a marginal rate and got a back-up run out ?? Did it occur to any of you that another truck delivering 100's of miles away may have been closer or able to get to the customer more quickly? NAHHHHHH I'm SURE they're just dispatching some "phantom" truck and letting you rot in Denver.

Pass the STEAK please! ;)

Finished up with TVAL on Friday. Now we are back at home, back in service Monday. The truck is BACK in the shop for a coolant leak, same one as always.
