Suppose its really over now.....mailed back my EZ Pass yesterday....

Why do you have to mail it back? We paid for it after all, didn't we?
Do they give your money back of something o_O
you don't buy an EZPass....It needs to be returned to get back the balance they have on my account....

Interesting, I didn't know that. Thanks ;)
and wrap it in tin foil...! Or you'll get charged for the trip back to wherever you mail it...in my case Albany NY
the scanners will pick it up in the back of the USPS truck!

"You can close your account in person at a Customer Service Center or by certified mail. If mailing, send your transponder, wrapped in foil, with a letter requesting that the I-PASS account be closed. The letter also should include your return address. Your balance and deposit will be refunded within 45 days of receipt of the request, provided the transponder is returned in good condition. If a transponder has been painted, designed or tampered with, the deposit will be forfeited."

You pay deposit for unit, that you get back also upon return.

From your talking about Murray and CRE one can assume you are being punished for not having either one of those in your posts.

Whats the punishment? Lower rate or less miles?
Oh, wait, lower rate is a given? OK, who is not posting about CRE or Murray here? Who is getting low miles?

I'm getting low miles and good rates. I'll ride it as long as it lasts. Less wear and tear on my van and me.

You guys keep talking about Murray and CRE here like you are honeymoon lovebirds.

Well working for a company that doesn't :censoredsign: you or charge you endlessly for a QC that you never own, or one that doesn't broker out freight you can haul and need and are near to, a guy who has strong motivation to get the freight on your truck and gets it there...wwll when you find it, you aren't afraid to tell him that he is appreciated. If you dislike it, don't read it please...feel free to scroll on by.

Actually you should always put that disclaimer at the beginning of your post instead of the end. Lol

Getting excited aren't we?
I could say few things to argue with you, but I will choose to hold it out, to prevent older folks from getting their blood pressure up.
Wishing you good day!

I've never been one to shy away when I do something pretty stupid, but this one even surprised me

Since my van is in the shop with not much to do, I decided to try out the portable tv antenna I bought for the van TV to see if I could get any stations from home.

I have two old tv's I could test it out on. But both need a digital tuner box. I knew I had one box somewhere. So I spent the last couple of hours searching the house and the shed. I found the remote, but that's all. As I was finally about to give up, a unbelievable light bulb turned on.

Dude, you have a brand new HD TV sitting on the kitchen table!

Talk about feeling beyond stupid.

I guess in my mind, I thought it was in the van. But actually, I totally forgot I even had it
