What a weekend! Picked up in Fort Smith AR Friday afternoon for a Saturday morning delivery to West Columbia SC. Before arriving got booked a load picking up in Orangeburg SC going to Sterling Heights MI for Sunday AM delivery. Got a few hours sleep and now I'm picking up in Grand Rapids MI (paid DH) and heading direct to Smyrna TN for a early Monday AM delivery. Never even had time to get my normal Sunday night motel.

I think our friend KickStarter6 probably had more fun this weekend. But, I'm not hungover and I'm making cash! LOL

I'm home after turbo hell, I found that I was towed to a. Excellent shop outside of Williamsport pa.
Ecks garage ,it's a small freightliner dealer repair shop , they know their stuff got right down to it had a new turbo the following morning (last one in the country) got it installed and did a full air charge cooler boil out. Total was under 2100.00 and had me on the road by 4 pm Friday
Total down time less than 40 hrs!
Tremendous service I highly recommend them if u ever need service! Ed the service manager is a very smart man and knows his job!

Not worth a crap. Subject matter colder than a hockey puck on an outdoor rink in Kitchener in February. Despite the intended tool being fully ready to rock-and-roll (or as my stepson would say, "harder than a diamond in an ice storm"), The subject was having none of it.

Then you did get lucky, indeed. I say that, because he found you an aftermarket turbo. The Mercedes/freightliner one is a $2900+ part. I say aftermarket, but really the same. It's a Borg-Warner K27.2. Good find on the dealer. Gonna have to keep that one in mind.
