What do you need from another carrier that you do not get at Panther? If we know what you need, someone may have the answer you seek.

I think tri-state has a truckload division but why are you even considering them isnt there pay per mile like $1.00 loaded and .70 empty what kind of pay is that?if your leased with panther at least they will let you load yourself yes I think they charge you 15% but if you find some ltl to put together maybe you can get over $3.00 per mile and just give them 15%.
now if you got the start up capital then I would suggest getting your own authority and forget about these $1.00 per mile carriers cause it doesnt matter if they give you 3,000 miles per week your still not making a decent living based on the amount of time behind the wheel

Kwexpress- the first problem with the Brokerage loads from Panther we have one and tahy don't pay me in this pay but after 15 days- this is not a contract b/w Panther and us.......And we have are owne ICC if I ahve to waiting 15 days Panthera to pay me the broker loads I can work uder are ICC 3 and not paying this 15% to them, for what thay caharge me for using their autority? But thay have to pay me now I am not after 15 days, alawys problem with a pay last week thay don't pay me a load becuse need 7 days approval- from who ? this is rediculase if the company don't have a momey to payme who get very good money for expedidet loads who else? Did you know that thay charge the coustomers about 10 times what we get .........I was deling with National Logistig before - auto parts tahy paying a lot , belive a lot ........... you can't belived the caharges what thay get from customers and if stady to pay me my money I have to waiting a 15 or 30 days , this is rediculase.

Yes Terry and Rne thay are paying this for a expedited and thay pay $75 grossing to Canada and Panthera pay only $50 ...and Jefferson300 thay pay this for a truckload devision ....... But I like the recruting people today and thay are very honest regarding some things about the loads and deductions............Like thay start deceuct from the 3 th week all things and Panther start deuction even from the first day of in oretation ,last week was are first pay and we have double dedaction for the 2 weeks? this is I never see in no one company to now , no in Fed Ex , no in Landstar. I need to find more about the Tri state, but thay have only $1750 Escrow and Pnather have a $2500 and Landstar only $500. It is very big differnace ? I don't no but this is not smeel to good to me .........

Keep in mind that it is expensive to change companies. Many of the loads you speak of are hauled by all of the major expediters. I would imagine rates and some of the milage is going to be simular.
Additionally, I believe they all service the east coast. You sound like you may be better suited to the truckload sector doing a dedicated run.
If you tried Landstar, Fedex, and now Panther, you may want to look alittle closer at possibly what you are doing prior to adding another change to you resume.

We do a dedicated runs for a Fed EX ground - team the same trip every day 880 mil a day , but we stay 8 years and was always team we become tired from team , then my husband work for a Landtars and we was lucky to have a dedicated run with some of the agents and for 2 years he do Bramptom or Windsor, on to Laredo, TX and go baec last winter I don't see him he don't have a time for a stop this was the best days. But auto industry losing a lot of the bussnes and my agent move from Landstar to other company because Landatsr losing a contarct with a GM and we desidet to work with a Panthere, but thay don't offer a nothing good so far for us and like I read in other topic I things that have a Favoritisim!!!!!!!!!! I know how was in Landstar with are agent for us was always the best for others no, but we do the best for them to like people said in this world - favorie for a Favorieres ............I know that any one change cost money but seding in some company and don't make a money only spending I don't agree with this to.......For two weeks he make like a Las Vegas cab driver - $800 per week and he is O/O common this is the money. If it is slow has to be for every one not only for a newcomings , I am sorry but this is not the way for me .............

Your best bet is to have some patience and talk to the people that are doing well and see what they are doing that you aren't.
That sounds simple, but there is some value in that thought.
Remember, "Rome wasn't built in a day" and like any business, this applies here as well.
With being there less than a month and starting in the winter, you have some struggles as you have not learned their customers and freight lanes.
Rather than focusing on specific runs, I would encourage you to look at the big picture, rather than just part of it.
With a tractor, you have a lot of flexibility to be successful regardless of who the carrier is.

Devic, I ask you to tell me how you handel the things and you never nevar answer me the right thingg . you go around but never to the target ,and you said ask the other ? I ask you at list 3 times even in PM and you was one who don't shereing any thing and others said how thay do the things to work for them, but you NEVER.........

Yes , patience is a good quality. Does it pay?????????? I don't know . I struggle with this , but my life lesson that I learned is "don't sit around waiting for life to hit you in the face". Belive in yourself because if you do not , no one else really can.

I never been a patient person .Once I decide what I want to do, I go after it. I go full speed ahed until I get what I want and what I deserve . I have a my humman pride,,,,,,,,,,,,

I thought I was pretty specific in my post. When you PM'ed me about Deer Lake MN and sitting too long, I advised you relocate to Minneapolis. Short of driving the truck, I'm not sure what else I could have told you. Your other PM was with regards to operating the QC. I advised going to the Seville office (Your truck was in Lodi) for clarification and understanding of its functions. Again.....not sure what else I could have advised?
I think you are looking for a magic bullet that doesn't exist. It is a learned process with any carrier
If you have "no patience", then you are in the wrong business.
There is my honest advice.

yes but againe you never give a stright shot advice always around the question..........I ask you how long you was in the company? how many trucks you have and how you do in the beging? some tips not only for me but for all and you never answer this questions and I know why?

Each story ends with the lessons that each self -employ tool from their experience, and how to apply that to the business - this is your corect answer and I can understund you I have leraned in this country that infornation cost a mooney and it not for a free..........but I don't buy a opinions to a cen get for free every where.
