I'm stuck in Kitchener, Ontario. Actually, I'm much closer to Toronto. Left LA Friday night, delivered in Lincoln, Nebraska Monday morning and got loaded 4 hours later in Omaha to Mississauga.

I like Canada plenty.....just not so much to be sitting waiting on loads. The Puerto Rican is suffering withdrawal symptoms from no phone. She's on self-imposed lockdown after we were here 3 times last month and got the bill recently.

Well, I guess the fishing got better in Houston. I p/u a load yesterday going 1360 miles from Houston to Akron, OH. so here I am at the J north of the Horseshoe.....at ex 131 waiting to deliver. in the morning.

usafk9....there is auto racing at mosport intl raceway this weekend if you are so inclined. thought i would go but am waiting for that killer weekend load offer. canada ain't it. unless it comes from canuckland. go hawks.

Not big into racing, but appreciate the info anyhow. If we don't get loaded today, will make the dh to western NY to visit sister......yet again.

Thought we were doing good getting loaded 4 hours after our Monday morning delivery. One stinkin' run this week. We are, however, first out, and I've gotten loaded here before. Crossing fingers........

We made an MT move yesterday from Toledo to Richwood, KY. Too many trucks stacked up in Toledo and we were 13th out. Much better odds here and hopefully we will get something soon.

Got a load down to Cali- waiting at the Ontario TA. I had one to Las Vegas today but it was cancelled enroute to shipper, maybe for the best, who knows.

I had to get out here, a little farther from Hollywood. I'm trying to not talk to many people here. I don't need to unknowingly talk to some talent scout, get discovered, fame and fortune to follow, would probably end up boozed out divorced with nothing. I guess it is best to just lay low here, it is the same reason that I don't sing along with the radio near Nashville.

Yo doug. You still at the TA in Ontario. I might me persuaded to come on down and meet you if you are still there later on this evening. I live about fifty miles down the road from there and this week has been a terrible week for me. I have all of the free time I want to go and make a few social calls. Any how, stay safe in that place. The TA truck stop in Ontario California is like that videogame grand theft auto; yes, it is a true suburban jungle out there!! I feel for ya bro.

Never would believe this one myself: Ok so I just delivered the load from Houston, to Akron. Sittin at mom's when all of a sudden the phone rings...It's Panther and they have a load offer for me.....Picking up in West Middlesex, PA going to (of course) Laredo, TX. The swap desk did manage to get me on this one since It p/u yesterday and had to deliver tomorrow morning. Well anycase it was originally for 1660 miles but I wound up in W. Memphis at the J and got 783 miles plus 25.00 for a handload. Oh well....guess I may try to head to Fla and take a break ((after I get some sleep))
*yawn* Later ya'll:) So for this week I have 2,316 miles. Not bad.

We are now sitting the weekend in Harrisburg, PA. We are at the Petro in Carlise, on "Expediter Row". We may try to have some fun this weekend. Anyone remember what fun is? LOL!!

We are back in the Louisville, KY express center.

At the Petro on I-65.

The Iron Skillet has a new chicken fajita omlette that has my name on it!

We expect to be here for the weekend at least since half of the Fed Ex fleet was here before us.:rolleyes:

I heard that magical sound too, but it ended up being a fleet message....darn. guess I will go back to sleep since I moved myself to the J in Olive Branch, MS anyone else here?
