I want to set up the Expediters Hall of Fame the right way.

Phils suggestion of a page on the site of "Your" memories with the ability for people to add and or respond is a great one...Memories are what you are trying to preserve, give yours and let others give theirs....

I sold trucks for 10 yrs and i had 2 customers in the late 80's till the mid 90's that both bought CV's from me to "expedite"...one was a female signed with Tri Hours and the other was a guy that run for Roberts early on then moved to another company whos name i can't remember....that was my introduction to this industry...I had no idea that id ever be a part of it...

As last I remember, the guy was still expediting, but that was 6 yrs ago...anyone recall the name Phil Joesph from Toledo, Ohio? He was a CV'er....

Is it going to be similar to sports where they have to be retired from expediting for X amount of time? Or like the Rock n Roll HOF where they only need to be doing it for so long? Or anyone at anytime?

that is a very good ? or point. i mentioned that in an earlier post. we have to much history of all types for a time limit.

You think? Fifteen years in transpotation is really not that long. I have a total of 25 years in transpotation, but only 18 years in Expedite.

Is the amount of years truly that important. Wb the oned who have less than ten. . I think in every career field there are impressionist who are heavy hitters n game changers. I think lowering the years would have a better impact on the site?

I read somewhere that Doug Travels was inducted and he does not have 15 years. Did he get a waver or is there two sets of rules? I think that Lawrence Bruno Dreamer Ateam the Caffees or Moose would have been a better choice.

Doug Anderson (AKA Travels) was never asked to be in the EHOF. That is something Doug made up just like all the screen names he has made up.

I just checked out your website, the first picture is BEAUTIFULL that's one of the best looking trucks ever built, in my opinion.
