Hunter Biden and His Magic Laptop

The derelict First Son of the Biden presidency deserves his own thread. This guy has been given a pass on many criminal activities, but the latest reaches a new dimension. This legal logic would open the door for any drug addict, dealer, or common pothead to not only legally purchase guns, but also lie on background checks. Currently, giving false information on a form 4473 carries a fine up to $250K and/or 15 yrs in prison. This offense is four years old and the FBI is still "investigating". One of the Trump sons would be in prison by now for a similar offense.

Exactly - he's been sheltered by daddy and Obama all these years, and nothing will change while daddy Joe is in office. However, one has to wonder if there'll be some minor charges leveled so Joe can pardon him of everything, the FBI can dump the evidence and let him skate. Hopefully there will be enough left for a Republican administration and DOJ to go after him with the same prosecutorial zeal that's been used against Trump.

If you listened to the way msnbc was talking trump is done for.....but they gave ol joe a pass.

Trump had the classified documents in a secure room and even upgraded the lock when told to by archive officials.
Biden had classified documents from as far back as being vice president and kept them in 3 very unsecured locations.....classified documents he should have never ever had.
But trump is the criminal.

The laptop is the equivalent to Biden as the Oval Office tapes were to Nixon. It confirms the crimes and exposes the cover up, except Biden's transgressions are far more expansive and serious. They include the media, the FBI, and the DOJ - all complicit in the Swamp.

The fact that his lawyers got to look at classified documents with out the fbi being there tells you just how deep the Democrats have power.

The difference between the 2 is that the laptop had passed through several peoples custody and the tapes were always secure. Anything on that laptop is useless in a court of law. Im not saying everything on that laptop is fake, but I would wager that some of it was added after the fact.

But trump is the criminal.

But Trump knew he had the documents and thought the rules didnt apply to him, Biden didnt know about his and they would still be there if the Trump documents would not have been an issue.

This whole mess shows us how bad our government is with keeping secrets.

Biden took those classified documents as vice president and yes he did knowingly take them and kept them and then put them in unsecured locations so his criminal business partners could read them. The very thing they accused trump of doing Biden has done only its worse because Biden legally could not have them as vice president then he compounded the problem by letting his lawyers look over them before the fbi could.
But they raided trump.....optics and double standards.

one guy kept the documents in a locked room in his office.
The other guy took documents that he had no legal business having and kept them in 3 unsecured locations.....
One could legally have documents because he was president.
The other stole classified documents as vice president and possibly as a senator.....that's treason.

The Nixon tapes had an 18 minute gap that had been erased, so their "security" was questionable. However, the chain of custody of the laptop has been firmly established and it now seems the FBI would've been more likely to alter its contents had it not been for the copies made of the hard drive.

Actually, there's quite a bit of info on the laptop that has been confirmed by forensic analysts on both sides. But the point is the extensive cover up effort on the part of the Biden Administration, the govt agencies and the media. That's election interference. Combine that with all the evidence linking "The Big Guy" with influence peddling and money laundering, then we've got real impeachable offenses on the table.

At least the media and the Democrats won't be able to cover all this up during the 2024 campaign. If we get a Republican POTUS in office maybe we'll see some criminal prosecutions against the Bidens - giving them a dose of their own medicine.

Listening to Mark Levin, he was sarcastically perplexed on why the Hunter gun case is so complicated for charges to be filed. “Investigating” it for years, but still nothing. They apparently are looking at his prior ( lack of) criminal record as a basis for not to file charges.
We all know how important that criteria had been in the past as Manafort, Flynn, and others in the Trump orbit faced the full throttle of the DOJ when they too had clean records. There is vastly more stuff involved than just the weapons charge though. That one is just the lowest hanging piece of fruit.

As I understand it this is not the first laptop that hunter has left/lost......more like laptop number 4. Lieing on a federal background check is serious felony charges.....that makes him both a heavy drug user and a criminal gun user.

Right on. Think about who might have access to all the damning information about the Biden family floating around the USA and the rest of the world.
