Hunter Biden and His Magic Laptop

More on the two-tier justice system: most anyone else caught lying on the firearms background check and then possession of the weapon after the fact would fact 3-10 yrs in prison. The First Kid gets pre-trial diversion. Keep in mind this is the son of a POTUS who wants more stringent gun control laws and stricter enforcement of them. The "Big Guy" also wants the rich to pay their fair share of taxes. Who wants to bet Hunter gets a pardon for his crimes before Daddy leaves office?

"Fox News has confirmed that the president's son will plead guilty to two misdemeanor counts of willful failure to pay federal income tax. Hunter Biden also agreed to enter into a pretrial diversion agreement regarding a separate charge of possession of a firearm by a person who is an unlawful user of or addicted to a controlled substance...
Weiss' office said if convicted, Hunter Biden faces a maximum penalty of 12 months in prison on each of the tax charges – a total of two years. There is a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison on the firearm charge for which he agreed to a pretrial diversion program."

Hunter Biden’s lawyer was interviewed today and was asked if investigators inquired about the laptop. He said he “couldn’t recall” if they did.:tearsofjoy:

More is coming out about the preferential treatment that was given to Hunter Biden during an IRS investigation into his taxes and income sources. Whistleblowers have come forward to provide damning evidence of cover-up by other govt agencies that impeded their efforts.

"Throughout his testimony, the whistleblower constantly referred to “normal cases” versus the Hunter Biden tax probe. He spoke at length about details, subtleties, and the challenge of working around other involved government agencies saying, “In essence, they were not letting me do my investigative job."

Looking at Hunter Biden's past, we're reminded that "The Big Guy" has been covering for his criminal activities all of his adult life. How many of us had forgotten about his discharge from the Navy Reserve after testing positive for cocaine?

"Biden, 44, had needed an age waiver to join the Reserves because of his age as well as a second waiver because of a drug-related incident while a young man."

So he got pre-trial diversion when he got busted for drugs at age 18, more special favors to get into the Navy Reserve as an officer, and once again somebody arranges an "administrative discharge" from the military after he fails a drug test for cocaine - while Joe was Obama's VP.

This guy is the poster boy for the two-tier system of justice that exists for our privileged class, especially our elected "public servants" in DC and a family named Biden.

Just to be clear, the 2 tier justice system is not Republicans vs Democrats, its rich vs poor, the very rich very rarely get jail time and the poor people get locked up for minor offenses.

Depends. There are a few significant caviats to that rule. If you’re a Republican and pro Trump( in heavy D areas like DC, NY, etc) they are likely to get charged and likely get a long sentence. A Democrat with same offense won’t be prosecuted or will be acquitted and no jail time. In big cities and even spilling over to suburbs to some degree, woke prosecutors are going light on violent criminals who are lower income. All in the name of equity.

Well, if that is how they got him, he is a fool for pleading guilty, since they didnt confiscate that laptop directly from him, any lawyer could get anything that was on it thrown out as evidence.

Chain of evidence.....it was handed over to the fbi and then buried. If the laptop repair guy had not made copies it would have been lost to the corrupt fbi.

Chain of custody, if they would have confiscated it from him directly, there would be no question as to the contents were his. Since they did not get it from him directly, there is reasonable doubt that the contents were not his.
Chain of custody has already been established and confirmed by the FBI. Their analysts have also confirmed the contents were his by their metadata. Even the document cited by Muttly said the laptop was connected to his Apple cloud ID. The damning contents of that laptop are overwhelming, and the obvious pre-election cover-up by several govt agencies including the FBI and DOJ is the worst part.

Remember, it was the Watergate cover-up that got Nixon - not the 2nd rate burglary.
