Tomorrow, I'll be heading in the exact opposite: to Miami. Some pretty nice visuals there, too. Heck, this time of year, even Pa looks good! Anyone know where the good leaf peeping is, next week?

Well good morning all, it had been a busy couple of weeks, but the move is done and all the boxes put away. All the cars and bank accounts changed over, so it's back to work time.

I really like coming out west every now and then. It certainly breaks up the monotony of running the Midwest. Everyone should at least once get to see the Idaho Panhandle driving through Coeur D'Aline, The Columbia River Gorge coming out or Portland, and that little snippet of northwest Arizona on I-15 between St George, UT and Las Vegas, NV.

Coeur D'Aline was one of the most beautiful cities I ever drove through. Wish I would've had time to spend the day there. Actually sounds like a good place to open the load1 western division.

Evening was sooo cool. Freightliner had a dinner event on the aircraft carrier Midway. Sky divers parachuted on to the deck and then the surprise entertainer for the night.... The Eagles. Pretty amazing!

Back in service. Wayne is da'man! A few hits with a hammer all is well. Seems that the dude that changed the rack and pinion hit the tone ring that the speed sensor reads. It was a little bent. I was #6 when I went out of service. Back in sitting at #5.
