Got into the averitt service center in Knoxville last night at about 7:40. My trainer let me head on home so I didn't have wash or fuel the truck. Gonna meet up Monday morning to take our load to Hebron Kentucky dropping 19k of textile stuff. Big trucks are a lot different than a cargo van, but so far I dig it.

Edit: also got my first week performance evaluation and passed with flying colors except j need to pay closer attention to my mirrors which is a big one. Also for my strengths I got knows the trucker lifestyle well lol. Who know spending so much time sitting at truck stops would help out
Coming up I-26 yesterday just south of Asheville through all of that residual backup traffic, passed an Averitt truck and thought it might have been you. This was around 4:00. Could this have been a close encounter with KickStarter6? I was in a Load One sprinter with a a/c unit and fan on the roof.

I may or may not know exactly what it's like driving one of those so called freightshaker with the vibrating headlight. Allegedly
one some models....when I pass one which isn't too often....LOL
I wonder when they have fender mirrors, how they see when they are vibrating so bad?....L

My m2 was very smooth after I spent a small fortune fine tuning it , now I'm improving the 4300 I'm driving adding koni shocks soon and getting a full front to back alignment after that major stretch job I'm sure it's out of wack but after 12k miles in it already there is no noticeable tire wear, the premium tread retreads on the back are so much quieter than the closed lugs and I notice no traction loss in snow and ice
The retreads have given me no problem as they don't even come close to what a tractor weight is so they run very smooth
My rt fender mirror doesn't vibrate at all , now I need to find a left to match .
Black not chrome (hint) if you know of one let me know

The other day in SC saw diesel for $1.68 at a mom and pop gas station.

I had a blonde moment the other day. I saw Diesel for $2 a gallon and thought wow how can they charge so much, then the price registered. Don't know what I was thinking haha.

Side notes: saw an old abandoned gas station that had today's prices listed.

Also saw a grain Hauling semi over turned on an off ramp, what a mess. I guess the 15 mph sign was right
