Yes.... And they may deny you that as most vans can not be sealed....But doesn't the load have to be registered as "in bond". Admittedly, I forgot everything I used to know about Canada shipments and passing through.

Couldn't even score a u ship load your way to pay for your operating costs?
Ovm, yes I got my bottom rate handy. I know my operating cost is .35 cents a mile. It's so high because that's based on paying higher payments on the van to fully have it paid up by 100,000 miles.
I think .85 plus fuel surcharge is a the lowest I'd run for.
Kinda sucks when you have to go home and you end up deadheading 1000 miles
Settling in for my classic movie Saturday.
First up is the 1941 classic Meet John Doe staring Gary Cooper and Barbara Stanwyck.
They just don't make movie like they use to.
Pioneer woman, Farmhouse Rules and Criminal Minds for me..just finished watching Godfather part 1 -3....now Horse Soldiers...John Wayne classic
Shows I watch in order of importance:
1. The Walking Dead
2. Better Call Saul
3. Blacklist
4. Chicago Fire
5. Bates Motel
There are many more good shows out there to watch, but so little time. I was sad to see Breaking Bad and Sons of Anarchy end!
But my favorite show of them all is called "The Windshield!" It's the longest running show on public access television. It's been on longer than SNL, Law and Order, and Meet the Press. The characters change a lot, the filming locations often change, but the viewers have been around since the Roberts Express days!
