I called Load One they said they do not take on cargo vans no more....
Why is that??

John (Load -1) doesn't hire vans he can't load. It's supply and ( lack of) demand.
From your statement I don't know if they are not taking vans because they have all they need for the current work load, or they aren't taking vans because they'll only take $printer size vehicles.
Being at the top of the food chain, he can make decisions like that and still fill his needs.

That pretty much sums it up.
Load1 has been that way for a while, Barrett does not put on cargo vans either. It is more efficient if you can fill your fleet with vehicles that can haul a wider variety of freight.
