we don't need no advice from a lowly fleet owner.....Poke pokeAnother big reason for company policy on those two items is liability. if they as a company do not make sure you are physically fit and your vehicle is in good repair then the liability shifts alot towards the company in the case of a accident. not that it keeps them non liable but it does show they took the proper steps to be safe.
