Who is Generation We? Those born between 1978 and 2000. If you'd like to hear something that is truly frightening listening to this
Generation WE: A Generation 95 Million People Strong

Progressive, Global, and no one mentions freedom. We "old farts" are in trouble, as one twenty-something stated a while back, "get out of the way grandma, we want our health care"

Each Generation has claimed the same thing, each generation in the past has been better equipped and better knowledgeable than this GW generation which will come back and bite their parading themselves about.

The absolutely sad thing is they can do all they want to claim as being The Generation to belong to but they are at the a** end of what the past generations have given us.

After reading the "that a boy" comments on the site, I came to the conclusion that they don't get it at all, they assume that no one has been so charitable, so cutting edge and so in tuned with the world - that may sit with the talent that came out of the baby boomer generation.

It is frightening and does not bode well for the nation. Fortunately not every member of that generation is "globally" warped and clueless. I had a nice conversation yesterday with a young lady who has not just one but several clues. My two and their husbands are not clueless either and a number of their friends are similarly sensible. Still, they do have numbers and they do have continual barages of MSM and fools like those in power filling their clueless minds with hooey. We can easily be in trouble if we don't educate better and bring more of them to their senses.

...Along with a video campaign and a new social network-based movement creation site, Gen We will leverage the web and social networking to give the power back to the people,...

"Power to the People" - when have we heard that mantra before? "Change the World" - I'll bet these kids think they're the first ones to come up with this concept. This is the group that supposedly elected Barack Hussein Obama, and they can see first hand how that change will work out over the next three years. They've already seen one year's worth of floundering incompetence, and maybe a lot of them will grow up considerably by the time 2012 gets here. However, there will be a good percentage of them that will never be more than pampered spoiled brats expecting the world (or the govt) to provide the living they think is owed to them.

Unfortunately, I know of too many parents from my generation (Baby Boomers) that have their twenty or early thirty-somthing year old children living in their basement. There seems to be no stigma among this "WE" generation for continuing to be dependant on their parents even when they're adults. Just as there is no shame anymore for unwed girls or young women getting pregnant in spite of them being neither mentally nor financially capable of supporting and raising a child. This is the "if it feels good, we should be able to do it" generation. No one should dare to be judgemental towards them - just make sure the working public pays their "fair share" of taxes so they get these liberated young souls get their govt-provided entitlements.
Hopefully, it won't take another Great Depression or World War to bring the WE Generation into reality.

He's very well spoken and definitely more intelligent than some of those in the generation we camp. Perhaps there is some hope, if he can reach enough of his peers and enlighten them.
