Cookeville tn, is still covered in ice and snow in most neighborhoods and all the valleys,and hills, yes schools are still closed as none will open till every canyon, valley, is clear, usually takes 2 weeks for all this to go away,,still got 3 inches of ice and snow on our country road and the fields are frozen, suppose to be 40 today with rain,,it aint here yet.....................
