Nice looking T300 Butch! The Cummins ISC 8.3 was a brand new design of the old C 8.3 in 1999, and has a computer contolled pump-line-injector system called "CAPS", and it was kind of troublesome. If yours is a 300+ HP 24 valve engine, (It will say 24V on the rocker cover) it's an early ISC. There are some maintenance guidelines for this system and it's fuel pump, which is very expensive to replace if it fails. It mainly involves frequent fuel filter replacement, and keeping the fuel system clean. Just wanted to make you aware of this, other than that it's a very reliable engine. Cummins just switched the ISC to unit injectors last year. Enjoy!
