Where u at? I am Dallas this morning. Buffets are not the friend of my waistline. In record breaking news. I ate a banana yesterday. First time in probably a decade. LOL.

Yup. Laredo. Home of the no-name freight rate destroyers .......Golden Corral...I only do 1.5 plates, even though my waistline says a little different...it's the experience that makes it worthwhile, as Windsor will confirm, or anyone who has been there.....Bananas are good, once in awile...good energy food. Cucumbers are real good for you, as well. I eat them with my daily salads.

Bananas are very good for you. They're loaded with potassium, vitamin C, and maybe most importantly, fiber. Unlike grapes, raisins and watermellon (which if you're losing weight, eating healthy and/or have diabetes you need to stay away from generally), bananas are low on the Glycemic Index. But it also depends on the ripeness of the banana. A ripe banana, with brown speckling, is higher, sometimes as high as 65 on the Index. One that is all yellow with no green and no brown speckling is 51. One that still has some green on the peel is in the 44 range. Anything under 55 on the Index is considered low.

Atlanta. Had to buy and install new batteries tonight. Another $550 bites the dust.

We had to replace ours last week. Had one that was completely dead but they were well used and 5 1/2 years old.

Due to recent feedback, you will see the following changes on Infinit-I to make your video safety training easier to access.

First off, we created the Monthly Assigned folders. This was created so that a user could see and find the assigned videos for a specific month. Once a video from this Monthly Assignment folder is watched, and the quiz is completed it will then disappear from the folder and get moved to an archive folder called Resources. The Resources folder tab is found in the upper right of the page. This folder will have all videos that a user has watched saved, so at any time a user can go back and review a video. Also in the monthly assignment folder, we have reprogramed the quizzes. So that a user can’t get select a wrong answer and be forced to review the video.
All the other folders under the Monthly Assignment folders are still there, such as HOS, CSA and Trucking Industry Folders. These folders are here, a user can jump ahead and watch training videos before they are assigned. Just like the Monthly assigned folder, once a video is viewed and the quiz is complete, the video will disappear from the folder and get moved to the Resource page.

Please just bear with us, as we try to keep working with Infinity on improving the Safety training website. If anyone has any questions or concerns please feel free to contact Mindy or Matt in the safety department.

Thanks to Turtle and some others for the feedback and helping us with this!
