Well Morning all from Memphis where it’s a nice 57, on the way to mid-70. It’s been a fun (yea right) but worthwhile 3 days. I need to say I'm Sorry to anyone in Dispatch and especially Chris who I may have been a little short with, I know that you all are just the Messenger. Thank you all for what you do. Have a great day all

No biggie jenny. Knew what you were doing. Tina

Mornin all, foggy in laredo. Got empty lastnight and phone rang. Imediate pickup to in. But said no. Needed to get a shower and some other things done. Told Joe we were sorry. Was a good thing though took some talkin to get it off. The del was for 1 am we got there at 630 or so but they only recieve from 8 to 4. So if yo get a crazy del time down here for bolanos keep it in mind. We tried to get them to confirm it but it didn't happen. After about an hour or so we got out of there. Nice new facility they have added on though.

Nick and Jenny, had some other people speaking highly of you yesterday to me on the phone while they were traveling up from Georgia.

They even had nice things to say about john. LOL. You know southern people. Always polite.

Well shower time and breakfast then hopefully a load. Talk to you all later.

Ok, I am empty in Batesville...in 5 yrs of doing this, this is my 1st time here...looking around, on the "net", i don't see much industry here that would be doing much "expedite" shipping...yea maybe a rush ordered "casket"....nahhh , i don't think so..

So I think i will run down to Hardy Ark and stop into Rocketmans shop and see his new Cargo Max that he is in the process of getting ready to get on the road. Then from there head to memphis..well Olive Branch!!!

Hope you all have a great day, be safe and "keep the shiny side up"..LOL, i always wanted to say that...:)
s,
Oh, and Jenny & Nick...when i seen your presentation last yr at the Expo....it was the 1st time..i had been doing this for over 4 yrs..i still left learning from the 2 of you..and yes, it is clear that you both enjoy what you do and that it isn't a "job"....I am sure those that attended yesterday left well informed and impressed....Seeya both soon....

Should I even ask? By the way congrats on the Expedite Now magazine cover.

No laugh, we did expedite a new casket like a week ago.

Still waiting in Knoxville.. not so upset about that cancelled load to Michigan now that I see the weather coming LOL..

I did send a note to dispatch, hoping they could get something towards Ohio if they see anything out there. Need to be home on Saturday if possible for a while, then reboot!

New trivia fact. The Knoxville airport Ruby Tuesdays is the only one of 900 locations with no salad bar.

Scott, at 65 I will avg 14.6..I have gotten in the low 15's...but not often enough to say thats what I get....at 60....15.2-15.5....between 65-70...13.5 but there are times it will drop into the low 12's...I can only contribute that to the quality of the gas.....I am changing the axle ratio from the 410 to the 373 and having the computer reflashed for mileage after the axle ratio change...Im looking for 16-16.5 at 65 mph...if i get that, i'll be more then happy....
