I'm sure. I ran local in Chicago for years. When I started running Mi-Long Beach I didn't want to do much else.

I have not been any further west than Houston

The times I spent between Detroit and the west coast of Michigan did well for me. But it's hard to "wait" on the load that keeps you in that stream, passing up the load to other areas. There seems to be a fair amount of freight moving east and west in southern MI.

Driving through NM always amazes me! "Always" being the 2 times I've been that far West.

If you're a sausage person. Find some Kelly's sausage. There's just something about those piggies!! My 5 year old calls it "Alabama sausage". He loves it. But you have to ration it. Otherwise, put your cardiologist on speed dial!!

Murray, Hot dog! Lol, I meant sausage

. I grabbed a kelly fully cooked pack from Winn-Dixie right off Hwy 231 in Dothan. So at lunch, I am going to microwave it..... top it with chopped onions and celantro. Then... one bite at a time..... dip it into Sriracha spicy sauce...... Slowly.......experience the taste of Alabama's finest. I'm salivating as I text. And, I'm sure the readers are drooling too, lol.

Beautiful country. Makes me want to stop and fish. Oddly, I don't fish.

Much more enjoyable in a straight with hundreds of lbs in the back than in a 80' long TT weighing 79,000 plus.

They also sell and ship by way of their website. We did that last year and just pulled a pound out each month or so. We have also split a case with my Dothan famalam and coolered it home to OH.
