The majority of Americans don't want their intelligence insulted by applying Biblical admonitions to our laws. What you "believe" [ie: sexual "perversion'] is your business, but the government belongs to us all.

US law, indeed the legal codes of Western Civilization, are derived from Biblical tenets of the Judeo-Christian experience. A homosexual union is no more a marriage than a cat is a dog. Pretending otherwise is worse than foolish. It's madness.

LOL ...

Spoken like a true Talib ...

Unfortunately for you, your assertion above, isn't entirely accurate ... and knowing a little of your educational background I have to wonder whether you already know that to be the case.

If that is indeed true, then, seemingly, you are being less than honest ...

A homosexual union is no more a marriage than a cat is a dog. ...
The existing reality in a number of states says otherwise ...

The title of this thread has it right - evil does have two faces... the two heads on the coin that is our electoral system. Arguing about poor counties in a Republican area is like holding Detroit on a pedistal as a bastion of prosperity. While arguing about the glories our TWO party system has brought us, please remember the restraints on liberty they demand on the country, and the world. Something about there not being anyone left to fight for you...

It's beyond scary that people who are extremely into the gun culture have such a [distorted] poor opinion of their fellow man, in general.

There's a home run for leftist stereotyping to put a smile on all of HCI, as if one thing has anything to do with the other. As far as my comment, I have first hand knowledge to make the statement.
