Yeah not eating basically puts ur body in "starvation" mode and that just causes ur body to "store" extra fat when u do eat. I'm really trying to get this all worked out. Just gotta take it one step at a time.

I know a guy who used the patch to quit. He got two of them, put one over each eye, and he couldn't find his cigarettes.

Don't throw things around in the van. The driver doesn't much cotton to that. No matter how frustrating that call from home was. They don't want you crying, either. Crying + throwing can get you ice cream, though :D

I read an article that said if you walk 18 times around a T/T that is 1 mile (9 laps in one direction, 9 in the other to use different muscles)I guess maybe 20 laps or more for a straight truck. At least you wouldn't have to travel far or worry about getting hit by another truck. You might get a little dizzy and drivers might wonder if you forgot where the door is, but who cares! You'll lose weight and stick close to "home"

At 18 laps it would be less than a mile but certainly better than sitting on your butt. If you figure walking along the side is 75ft each side and 10ft along the front and back since you will have to walk further than than the actual measurements of the truck you would need to take 31 laps around.
