Turthele thay don't discrimenting you but thay ignore you , so bad for a company, like you said thay tallk how important is the communication for every one ,,
The discrimination is from one person to thed forners people I am from KY but born out of KY, I don't things thay will discriminating you because you have a S accsent, ya???????????
We tallk about the upper managmet , no for a regular job position in the company............
When we was in under are ICC number , I call one of the company and ask to tallk with a president of this comapany- the person was in funeral this day , but he call me from the funeral and after 30 min from his cell and he is the owner of a big company very big . Thi is the profesional and right owner ...........and I never , ever have any problem with them regarding pay or any others things ......This is one of the most reson case............

wow...another personal attack allowed by the mods. I am truly shocked. You do not have to do my homework Alborada, I did mine before I came to Panther. I know the names of those that did own trucks YEARS AGO, and yes I know many of the people in dispatch. Perhaps that is why your posts contain so much ignorance in my eyes, you rant and rant and rant....yet you are still at Panther. You can do so much better everywhere else yet you are still at Panther. Panther discriminates against you...yet youa re still at Panther. Oh...look a new avatar! Shocked!!! One of the people you mentioned wanting to talk to is out of the office on vacation......the other you have disparaged so badly on this forum that if I were him I would let hell freeze over before I ever tried to help you out.

Charlee what you tallk I said I have to do home work to tell you. You see you know the people LAST year who have a truck, whay you don;t beliving that thay have this year to but not the same people............
If this person is in vaction it is easy to others to said don't waitting in the call son tis person is on vaction, very samply.
I am like to company have a people like this , who is the winner of the year....
The resaon we with the Panther now is the my personal and I have some very good resons, but you can't find out...........thing about .......
What about the my aviator look I am , who I am, and you show me the your real face in the photos.I never look in the people their physical look I look how much thay have in the braine and how is their character...........somthing don't smell me good.
And Rick I'don't care if he is call my husband- person who is know that it do wrong thing, don't have a words and face for a confrontation
He was one who said behaide my husband the words against him, whay he don't call and tell him up front the real man who is sure in him self will do the right thing. If you are right you stand by , not haiding ..............

I am not going to get into a pissing contest with you about who knows more ofwhat....suffice it to say that anyone who has done any research on Panther knows it is a different company now that it is owned by Fenway Partners. I know you may find it hard to belive but there is really no conspiracy with dispatchers owning trucks etc.....it just simply is not happening. So you sit in a forum, call someone a racist nazi, then complain cause they do not call you back. That is rich. I will tell you that if I were Panther, I would have cancelled your lease weeks ago and sent you elsewhere to be the voice of reason. And by the way "sweetheart" , any GOOD business person stays up to speed on a day to day basis with changes in the company etc.....so my research continues on a daily basis. When was the last time you actually went up to dispatch and talked to these "owners"? When was the last time you actually read the manual? When was the last time you actually sat thru orientation? Oh wait...thats right YOU NEVER HAVE. Do you conduct all of your business 2nd hand, or are we just special?

Do you have a good enough relationship with the carrier you CHOOSE to lease to that to see the same person come here and spread lies about them over and over again would not make you at some point stand up and say enough? I do, and I personally know all of the people she has named and called names, and I see how hard they work to make certain that issues are addressed. Noone is perfect, no company is perfect, but at what point do you call someone out on lies and innuendo? As it has been pointed out before, it does not appear to be answers that she wants, because anyone that gives her an answer is in some way in cahoots with Panther. I am sure that she too will p**** and we can all get on with our standard bashing of said company.Nothing like trying to have a reasonable conversation with an unarmed person anyways.

If the Panther determent the contract - Humman Rigths just waiting in this for more stronger case. ok I don't said the all people from the company are raisist , but this guy - YES big time and we have a other people who pass trouh this from the same person.
I am not ben i oriention and thank's God to stay 5 days - 3 days orientation and 2 days in weekend out of load ...........comon I don't need the orientaion like this I am not you.
For a Hand book I don't read for what that thay faoloww this book ,NO.......and don't forgat I am from other country NO READ ENGLISH HA HAHAHAH

Charlee if some people are good for you don't thnks thay are good for others........Maybe Rick is ok with you but with us NO AND WE KNOW THE RESON WHAY.....
How you said that I call them lay - yes thay laing about the deteion time about the bonus it is happen to us and I don't have whay to made this it is the true....againe if works for you good I am glad for you but not for us..........
Last I am very armed , beliv ne if you need to give the phone where to call and find who I am and what I am doing send me a PM and you will find . Have a high rang people in two office who can tell tou about me and I don't go with out arm we living in such world this days we have to have arm with us all the time .

So if you have not been to oreintation because you do not need it, you do not read the handbook becasue they do not follow (how do you know if you do not read it) and I am assuming from your frequent rants on here that you have no problem reading and writing passable english. As far as knowing who you are, I know only what you have presented yourself on these forums as "someone who by her own admission, has neither attended orientation, read the manual, or done any amount of research that she has not been able to acquire 2nd hand."

Websters defines drama queen as " a person given to often excessively emotional performances or reactions " Might that be akin to what you do everytime you have a small issue.

Some advice DO NOT SWEAT THE SMALL STUFF, and it is ALL small stuff. Panther has grown here it is now by being the way you portray it.

I hope that people like me have helped to make Panther what it is now. I know better because there are many people better than I am at what I do that built this company, and it has been a pleasure and honor to know them, owners and people from the company.

I still say the same thing..it is the only company I know of that had the potential to let us grow from 1 to 15 trucks in 3 years. They do an awful lot right.
