Picking in Chicago going to Laredo...

We made it only as far as Clear Lake, IA. I35 is closed a bit north of here. MN is closed for the most part as is I90 west of Albert Lea to the SD line. If you have NO GOOD reason to come up this way, DON"T!! Monday's pick up in WI is in trouble. I also will NOT take the route through the UP to QC IF we are able to pick up.

We made it to the Best Western. Got a room and are RELAXING!!!

Bennigans for dinner!!

Warm, dry and the engine is idling anyway!! Gotta love it!!

I am SO sorry I missed that post. We were listening to the Red Wings game last night and did not pay much attention to the internet!! I wish I had seen that post. I have not seen you in quite a while. Hope you are well. We are, just snowed in right now!

Just curious: How come you are idling? Can't you plug your block heater into your APU?

Nope, wish I could. I will remedy that soon to say the least. Idling costs a LOT, BUT, it makes sense right now.

Picked up outside Chicago yesterday and delivered this morning in Fulton Missouri and then dead head home to St Louis to attend the WreathsAcrossAmerica, then watched Navy beat Army. Had a good week hope the rest of the month is good sure can use the money

We lucked out on this place. It takes CLC and has a place to eat attached!! Good thing, I would HATE to go out tonight. I would not even go ice fishing on a night like this!!
