It's a turkey split open and stuffed with a duck which is also split open and stuffed with a chicken..

Tur..duk..hen...*lol*

See the Food Network channel IS educational!

I guess the grease from the duck would keep everything moist...

I have spent the last two days looking at things in pintrest.com and foumd tons of awesome recipes. I found ceockpot breakfasts and toaster oven meals. two things i really want to try. one is you take a potato slice it really thinly but.not all of the way through fan it out put some garlic and butter between the slices and olive oil sea salt on top and bake it. Looked really good. Another one I saw was take a bundt cake pan and put biscuits.in it fanned out and sprinkle with brown sugar cinnamon and butter ajd it makes pull apart cinnamon rolls. looked goooood

Well, been empty in 1st Houston, then Dallas since 0600 weds....no big deal, the run down paid very well...turned down a paid move Thrus night at 2300, figurin Fri would get out loaded...Well, Joe called last night and while it certainly was up to me, he strongly suggested that I take a move and get out of Texas....On my way to Olive Branch Miss...Hopin Monday gets me out of there...

Juju, I won't swear to it, but "turdukhen's" are a Cajun thing...I have bought a few of them from a company in Louisana over the yrs..and yes the duck really makes it moist as the duck is fatty...but they are good..

Jenny..do that bundt pan biscuit thing, my wife makes it and they and our kids all love it and all make it themselves now..For some reason they call it "Monkey Bread"....

Hey gang, got a nice paying load from warren to hartwell, ga. Gettin ready to go to the j in commerce to hang out. Was hoping for a load out today back to the yard. My tension cable on the back door broke and need to get it fixed. Was hoping to go to utility to get it done. Still have one but, door won't stay up so we are using vise grips on the track for now, what a pain.

Got into the "J" in Olive Branch Miss and was at the gas pump when a E-1 Sprinter pulled in next to me...I got to meet the Famous "Steady Eddie"!!!! We filled up, moved, he looked the van over and he got a run and is now gone!!!

I had dinner from the frig, (chicken breast baked the cubed and sauteed with cut up baked potato in butter and fresh basil) mmmm good!! Now it time to rest and listen to LSU finally come alive and biotch slap the GA Bulldogs....:D

I'd go towards upper Chicago area.Seems like alot of air freight comes out of that area.Never had a problem out of there.

Think I'm gonna have a muffin with my coffee..good breakfast!:)

Found this at Best Buy. It had me at 'cupcakes in 10 minutes' lol, but it makes pretty good muffins, too. [Currently making banana pecan muffins, and golden cupcakes with Bailey's Irish Cream flavored {coffee creamer, nonalcoholic!} icing]
With a can of plain white decorating icing & various sources for flavoring it, the possibilities are endless! :D
