took a long (140 miles) DH from Somerset Pa to Mc Elhatten Pa to pickup a delivery to Trotwood Oh....pays "ok', but gets me out of PA, closer to home and maybe i'll just call it a "year" and go out of service till after "New Years".....

PS: if you ever find yourself in Mc Elhatten PA....about 3 miles north is the town of Woolrich...the town where Woolrich Clothing was started in 1830....they sell some very good stuff....well they have their "factory store" there and the deals are also "very good"... while i didn't finish christmas shopping for my wife, i did put a big dent in it...and i was also able to pickup a few nice things for my daughters and the girl friends of my sons....i hate having to wait a few hours before freight is ready... i almost always spend money....

Picked up last night in Greenville, sc. Now in horn lake, ms waiting until tomorrow am to deliver in Memphis, then 2nd drop in Clarksdale, ms. Then back home for the weekend.

Deadhead Princeton WV to the J east side of Columbus OH chilling out here doing laundry and get oil and filter changed etc in the am so be ready to rock and roll again

Man, last week was a very good week for me. Picked up Sunday morning in Columbus, GA, delivered in Mt. Vernon, IL, picked up in Mt. Vernon, delivered in Little Rock, AR, picked up in Little Rock, AR, delivered to Chicago, Picked up in Chicago, delivered to Columbus, IN, then I had enough and I went home.
This week wasn't as good, Picked up a load in Atlanta, delivered to Lexington, KY, then I picked up in Richmond, KY, delivered in Eaton, OH. Now at Walmart in West Chester, OH. First out on the Cincinnati board. Should be able to get something out tomorrow.

Got a load from Indiana to Laredo, was hoping to see that love sponge TjpOhio here ! I think that was Jenny and her husband in a dark-Colored Ford van that drove by me at the J with a dog in it. I was admiring the aluminum wheels and chrome bumpers on it.Hoping to get a load out of here asap to make this an excellent week,then 1 more load next week early to get home and take the rest of the year off.I'm in the Ford van with the blue stripes down the side.Trying to get rid of a dry, irritated throught. I saw Suzie heading north on 35 as I was coming into town.

We are at home, pulled the plug on 2009. We take the truck into today for a D.O.T., then Monday it goes in for TVAL stuff and a reefer PM. I get a D.O.T. on me and several other DR. things.

Then, back on the road on 4 Jan.

pickup in vandialia ohio and deliver to sandusky oh...then maybe out of service...depends on how fast they can get me another load..if i have to wait till this evening, its home for the holiday.....
