If my colon had waited for permission from dispatch to remove(release) the debris, then there would've possibly been a Hazardous Material clean up charge involved too.

So, my colon used common sense and made the choice to remove(release) the debris on it's own and at the appropriate time/place. Thus satisfying the customer (ME!!!) and making the customer (ME!!) feel all good inside with the common sense choice it made on it's own at that particular time. :D

We have made a delivery and after dropping the load the cons says we must dispose of the pallets. Oh crap this was 53" double stacked to the roof.

What to do? Google to the rescue, found a pallet company 8 miles from the cons that bought the pallets off my driver. I told him to keep the money for his fuel cost and hassle.

So to make a long story short, call dispatch or use google on your smart phone if your dispatch department isn't being proactive. Just my 2 cents.
