It's never wise to merely ASSume facts not in evidence.LOL!! Many people do. You got two "likes" on that one from two others that "got it wrong" as well.

Yeah .... I mean it's not like any of the folks in the intel agencies ever operated outside of their mandates .....The problem about "spilling the beans" on "secret projects" is that the ENTIRE bag of beans is NEVER spilled. What is ALWAYS missing is the names of the congressman, senators or presidents who ORDERED those projects. Therefore you tend to get a "skewed" idea of responsibility.
