Now the Democrat governor of NY is claiming crime in NYC is a "conspiracy theory" instead of addressing the problem. This comes in spite of NYC police dept statistics that show total violent crime in their city is up 29.64% over last year.
Her attitude seems to represent the that of liberal leaders of all these areas that refuse to enforce existing laws that would put criminals in jail instead of allowing them to run loose on the streets.
