If you cross the Saudi Arabian border illegally you will be jailed.

If you cross the Chinese border illegally you may never be heard from again.

If you cross the Venezuelan border illegally you will be branded a spy and your fate will be sealed.

If you cross the Cuban border illegally you will be thrown into political prison to rot.

If you cross the U.S. border illegally you get:

* a job,
* a drivers license,
* social security card,
* welfare,
* food stamps,
* credit cards,
* subsidized rent or a loan to buy a house,
* free education,
* free health care,
* a lobbyist in Washington
* billions of dollars worth of public documents printed in your language
* the right to carry your country's flag while you protest that you don't get enough respect
* and, in many instances, you can vote.

After looking at all the countries listed the first thing that came to mind was, Why would i want my country to model any program from what these countries do?

I dont have the solution, If I knew that much I wouldnt be driving a cargo van, hahahaha.

But i will add this, If we held the businesses responsible for hiring them it would go a long ways as most come here for work. I know we have laws for that but they arent enforced.

It is our responsibility to have an idea for a solution. How else can we vote in a responsible manner to solve these problems? Voting for parties is foolish. What makes you think that those in charge have any better idea? Their ideas are NOT working. It is our job to put people in place that CAN fix it. To do that one must work the problem in your own mind, come up with at least an idea, and then seek out a candidate that at least comes close to your ideas and ideals.

It is our responsibility to have an idea for a solution. How else can we vote in a responsible manner to solve these problems? Voting for parties is foolish. Because no one can know all the facts about every issue that this country has, to many unknown facts and what happenes after the fact.

Have you asked your congressman or senators why existing law is NOT being enforced? Have you asked them why the borders are not being controlled? I have asked mine, the do not answer the question or even answer the letter or email. That tells me that they are hiding something and therefor cannot be trusted in this or any matter. What about yours?

Why do we have so much more crime than most of the rest of the world? Because we aren't nearly hard enough on the convicted. Why do we have millions of criminal aliens? Because we aren't nearly strict enough with our border security and our consequences for those who breech it. I don't want 99% + of what those other countries have and due but as to border security they are far smarter than we are.

Nope, never asked, already know they arent going to do anything. Somehow there is money being made off of this, kinda like the drug trade, to much money in it for the gov's.

You mean like our death penalty, yea, that stops murders. And yes we have more crime, but we have a justice system and its better to let 10 criminals go then to ever send 1 innocent man to jail. Where as the countries listed dont really care.

Id like to believe voting them out really works, problem with human nature is, once we recieve that so called power, people change, even on the smallest levels. Give anyone the power and give them 6 months, watch them change. I know there are exceptions.

I am going to vote AGAINST every bum in there now. It will most likely have little effect considering where I live, but as least I will have tried and will not remain as part of the problem. Spiraling down will lead to civil war and millions of deaths. I don't want to see that happen.

Anyone you vote for on a national level is going to be beholded to someone, It cost so much money to run for office that anyone who gives to your campaign is going to come back asking for something.

Well, I dont believe that. Ive read your arguements on that and dont think that is the way it will be. Anything gov does is always going to have 40 to 50 % or more disagree. But thats part of what makes this country.
