Rochester to Monroe, MI. Got a quick one from Holland, OH del in Lapeer, MI. Got another short one in the morning PU at 7am in Frankenmuth, MI and del in Orion, MI. I don't care if I have to get my miles 100 at a time, as long as I get enough and the pay is good.

Sitting at Danny's in Phoenix. (The "J" lot was full). Busy week so far. CO to CA. CA to Las Vagas. Friday from near here to NY. IF this load goes this will be our best gross week this year. Heading over to the "J" for dinner when the Tigers game is over.

Jury duty, an expeditor should be able to get out of jury duty, since you lose money if the truck sits

I was able too. I have always wanted to do jury duty, I always thought it would be very interesting. I was never called until I started this business. If they want to cover 100% of my expenses for that time, OK, other wise. there is no way I could afford to sit on a jury.

I think jury duty would be interesting too. I'd like to see the dynamics of the deliberations.

I have had to testify a couple of times. Once in court and 3 times for "medical" things, two of those were when I was an EMT. It was VERY interesting. I had a fun "battle" with the state attorney for PA when I had to testify on a traffic wreck that was in part the fault of the State of PA. LOTS of fun! After 10 or 15 objections by the State the judge told me to answer the question. After my answer the State gave up. They WERE wrong.

I have never had the jury experience either, I always took the plea bargain. :D
