All you have to do is plug it into your laptop and it can be found on it's own. That is what I did anyway.
I didn't have any problems getting it into my laptop with having a link prior. The computer finds it over the internet for you.

Usually, you're right. My home system found it, my laptop didn't. Both running Windows XP.
I'm going to scan what I have in, but will wait until I hear that there still is a problem before I send anything.
Like Ken said, if there is a problem, John will be all over it as will Steve B. In fact, I imagine they already are.

Hold the horses, don't fax anything yet. I messaged Steve to check this out. He is driving so it will be a bit. It might be that the system has a glitch or back up. It might be something on the system side and as soon as we fix it they will show up. So be patient and we will get it figured out and let everyone know.
The rice is cooking.
Becky will be calling 2 of you to double check what you sent (Jenny and Scott). The rest of you it looks like we have everything. We think the system does not reflect it on FleetVision until the load is billed and put thru for pay. The girls were working on some projects and did not do much billing on Friday. So we think all is good and the QC was correct when it confirmed it went.

By the way........We are supposed to be scanning promptly on delivery every time. Not in batches.
We are still checking through the system to double check if we have an issue. We will let you guys know if we need to do something or if it is an internal issue or a system thing.

Can't speak for others, Wombat and myself scan while at the rcvr.

I did look at Fleet vision and I do have one that shows that they still need my paperwork. It was scanned at time of delivery, there were 4 pages on the 19th at 12:36. On my side it says they went through, when checking Fleetvision is says paperwork is still needed.
We scan our BOL while still on the drop off (receivers) parking lot. We always scan immediately.
I am in the process of trying to email this one to Renee right now. It is a large file since there were 4 pages and it is taking awhile. May need to break it up and send as two emails.
We can always count on John to be right on the issues we have. The rice is done now!

Mine is showing missing p/w from the 17th and 19th. Im just going to run my p/w to the yard so billing has is just in case.
Hmm must be nice to have paperwork to scan in...I seemed to miss the party....

Sat early AM my QC was froze up..called into dispatch to let Larry know i was at my Delivery and he said that they were having problems with it all night...it cleared up and i was able to scan the BOL/POD in later about an hour after the delivery....i havenb't checked to see if it went through, ill be doing that in a few minutes, thanks for the heads up...
Oh, at home, marinating ribeyes in homemade "hot wine" and will be rubbing them in Olive oil and a real good dry rub and grillin them for dinner, along with sweet corn, baked taters and a freash mozarella cheese fresh basil and roma tomato salad (a caprisee salad with a balsamic vinegar dressing..mmmm good...
