Been at home this week, knocking down trees around the barn with the loader on the tractor ..... hopefully get the remaining ones down in the next day or so .... and then rent a mini-excavator to do the stumps (on the ones I couldn't push over and had to cut), and some trenching for drainage .....

Right now though, I'm gonna go have some of that blueberry pie the wife made from what she picked this afternoon .....

No..Perkins County fair....right now they are judging the cows, sheep, hogs....
the county does have about 3,000 residents ya know? and NO tootoo's allowed....

workin dogs....if a dog don't work it has no use out here....

What happened to 2 weeks? You wuss !!! I know you couldnt stay away from this awesome lifestyle for that long !! Having an awesome time out here as far as loaded miles go since I left home last, got another 1,300 miler to finish off this week beautifully!!

Sitting underneath shade trees in Natchez Trace State Park, 16 bucks a day, includes electrics for my cv airconditioner, can run my skillet or microwave, the showers/bathhouse are 100 ft from the van, got a picnic table, its quiet, am watching people ride their horses, will be doing this on weekends more often. Located at I40 at Wilderness tn, 31 miles east of Jackson tn. Yea, no POS truckstop near me, Im a happy camper
