I say I am the best, because I expect the best outta myself out here...My goal is to be every dispatchers favorite and most trusted...I wanna be that go to Guy...The guy thats always on time...Even though dispatchers "DONT HAVE FAVORITES" or "GO TO GUYS" I wanna be that guy and I will be that guy...I wanna build a reputation so that when I am a fleet owner I can get the best drivers, and have the best fleet on the road...

Oh boy, you better hope no dispatchers are reading this thread!

Pssssst....hey Joe!

What?

I got this crappy load that I know nobody will want, what should I do?

Get TJ to do it.... he'll do anything! He's our go to guy, remember?

Oh yeah, thanks!

LOL!!!

Seriously though, best of luck at Load1, I'm sure you'll do fine!

Cheri, TJ was asked to drive that sprinter because of the kind of person he is...I have spent a fair amount of time with him and have always found him to be more then capable do do the job, and he cares about what he does...we all know that a new sprinter isn't cheap...so when you have a situation that puts you in need of a good driver asap..you want what you feel will do right by you...there was never a 2nd thought about offering it to TJ....he is more then a driver and you all understand what that means,,he takes care of the equipment and represents all involved as a professional...

If he is a friend of you and your daughters, you understand and I think all involved are lucky to know him on a personal and professional level....

Oh and there is no doubt he will fast become a profitable partener at Load 1.....

Ok enough of this...his head will get so big it won't fit in that sprinter.....

It would have been a great Birthday but a LandStar truck just had to roll into one of our trucks. So I was woke up to pictures of a truck accident.
