Maybe I can be the POSTER CHILD for Load-1...:D I can't wait an have heard nothing but great things about this company...I'm hopin' that I can get into orientation sometime this week sometime either tuesday or thursday...John and Bruno I'm lookin forward to bein' Load-1's best driver...:eek:

Ya know all aside..

TJ is so representative of whats missing in to-days youth... the energy, the knowing you are in the greatest country in the world...the not letting things bash you down, but right back up and fights his way to what he wants...I am kinda proud of my adopted son...he never gives up...hes been screwed over by about 4 bad owners and 2 bad carriers..but here he is...still with that I am the best attitude...:D

Ken , what you said is the reason he asked to drive that brand new 2010 Sprinter....there was never a question of who to put in it when the deal came up....:)

I didn't get to talk very long to TJ at the Expo, but it was long enough to know that you're right OVM. He'll do well at Load 1. I wish I had him in one of my Sprinters.

If you or he want actual numbers on Sprinters send me a PM I'll give you numbers.

TJ don't need my nor anyone elses approval...he'll just go for it..*LOL*

known TJ for about 4 years...he was 21 and the rambuctous, irritating smartazz he is now...except now he knows he is good...:rolleyes:*LOL*

I say I am the best, because I expect the best outta myself out here...My goal is to be every dispatchers favorite and most trusted...I wanna be that go to Guy...The guy thats always on time...Even though dispatchers "DONT HAVE FAVORITES" or "GO TO GUYS" I wanna be that guy and I will be that guy...I wanna build a reputation so that when I am a fleet owner I can get the best drivers, and have the best fleet on the road...:cool:

But I would also get you a load out of Cali too. You don't have to take anything I offer OVM, Load One is not a forced dispatch company. After doing my 1st cross dock this weekend for Load One, I can see where the guys in the Sprinter would do great at Load One. Thinking about getting a van to have as a backup for customers needs like the one we did the cross dock on.

I am solo and drive a Sprinter at Landstar Express America going on 10 months now and so far am happy with the company, they are not perfect but I doubt there is a perfect company
