Splenda paks are free at Pilot!! And Speedway! I use it in my oatmeal when I boil waterThey have some really good pre-cooked microwaveable bacon. You just heat it up in the microwave for 35 seconds. It's like 11 dollars for enough for quite a few days. You just have to store it in a cooler. The eggs can also be done in a microwave as well. What would be even better would be a pack of MRE's. I used to drop at least 20-25 dollars a day on food, drinks, and cigarettes on the road. Just brewing your own iced tea and coffee can save you hundreds of dollars a year. In fact I almost have to do that now that I can't have real sugar anymore. I spend 4 dollars for enough tea bags for a months worth of tea, and another seven dollars for the Splenda. I also drink Koolaid with Splenda in it. There is absolutely no blood sugar spikes with splenda.
Holy crap man.. You just got there ! LolStill bored in layette in. Watching the corn being planted

Having salmon ceasar salad in Pikes Market. Cheapest thing on the menu. Ken, you can get a hot dog here for $14.95, extra charge for the bun. Don't let Murray know we are sightseeing, he'll book us immediately

Yes... There are.... When some realize this isn't what it used to be and probably never will again...Splenda is a great sweetener. It saved my life. I can't drink regular water. It is just plain nasty. I also hate black coffee and black iced tea. To tell you the truth. Even if I wasn't diabetic, I would continue to use Splenda. I would make my iced tea and Koolaid in the truck then get my cups filled with ice at the truck stop! Problem solved. There are also shower kits that you can buy from the military surplus store. They are towels that you wipe yourself down with. You can use these in between your real showers at the truck stop. There are a lot of ways to save money on the road. I used to save a lot by not idling in the summer time. I have slept in my van in 100 degree weather with windows up before. It was not fun, but I used to be able to tolerate that. lol
