Yeah. And for a lot more than the regulation 50-55 cpm. LOL!!
El Paso had a truck shortage this morning. But about 6 more coming in. It was just a matter of time since the solos had to sleep that were coming in.
It's about 50-100% easier to get out of ELP with a team. But the load we got had extra nap time in it since the drop is closed overnight.
And it probably helps that the broker likes us more than the average "Joe". Or that's my story and I'm sticking with it!!!!

What truck I didn't see an expediters there ? I had 2 chances to escape watching the corn germinate then I got out of there at 1800 3 hrs later I get an offer that was 156 dh for a 125 loaded , needless to say it went like those~£~*~£~£|*\£~£~€~*|*|££*|*|€
Nothing there but Subaru and they're too smart to expedite cars out of there!

Got empty at 10pm in Lawrence, NY and moved back to Mahwah, NJ pilot...closest to me is my old van when I drove for fleet owner over in Ephrata, PA...hoping they use some premium bait tomorrow so I can have more than 320 loaded for the week, covers deductions and part of truck Payment so far. Still need more for rest of payment and child support then I can put some in MY pocket.

It doesn't take but about 10-15 vans in El Paso, on the average day, to qualify as a glut.
Now, this week ELP has been busier. Brokers called us Tuesday on Bill's post about 8-10 times. But no one would allow a sleep period of any sort in the load. Or the ones that did, didn't get the load. But then our pals from MI came through with yet ANOTHER El Paso to Michigan with enough time for a nap. Woot!!

No , I brought a load in from Hebron , KY. ( Toyota ) I thought you were at the WALLY HOTEL ( which I thought meant the WAL MART) . Anyways , still here . Let's see what happens today .

Why brokers think we're in it to make the fuel gods wealthy and the carrier/brokers fatter cause you know they're not discounting the shippers like they are Us
I see a large decline in vans sprinters and st8 trucks on the highways but I see more and more sitting all day must be a true sign!
I see less Fedx and load 1 than I ever have and few xpo's , tri state and try hrs even less

well....it is the first week of the month....at least this week 2 of my load attempts grew into straight truck loads...
