Back on the road again after a little over a week off, picked up a load north side of Nashville going north yesterday and now back in the Motor City dropin my 2nd load.

Deadheaded to Lyons Georgia from Orlando to see an old friend and ended up getting a 900 miler from Waycross GA to Walbridge OH. Nice little CSX load. I have put in around 4500 miles since last wednesday. I've been transcontinental in 8 days lol. If this keeps up i'm going to have to get me a steady IV drip of caffeine.
I've surprised even myself this week.Does having multiple personalities qualify a solo cargo van driver as a team? I hope if picks up for th rest of you guys out here. I've been busy because I have not been doing any automotive freight since I cam back out on the road. Other freight sources seem to be doing ok so far.

Dead headed to Hebron, OH from Maryland. At the TA for some food. Had shower at Pilot now time to fill our stomachs. Hopefully we will get a load soon.

Thank you very much, at this point we will take all luck and prayers we can get. If we don't get a load soon we will go home and get some spring cleaning stuff done. Were waiting till Easter, but we aren't far from home, about 3-4 hours. We would rather be there than in the truck not earning any money.
Hard though cause we had planned on being home for a week for Easter. Grandaughter is getting baptised the following Sunday on May 1st. We wanted to earn enough to take the week off. We have taken 2 weeks off waiting in the truck for the next load. Oh well you win a few and lose a few. It will turn around again, hopefully soon.

Well we got a load. We pick up in Dayton, OH @3am to deliver in Laredo, TX Sat. @9am. Thank goodness! Not looking forward to the over 100 degree weather but we NEED the run and it should pay good.

I thought i'd get more then three hours sleep today. I was wrong. Got called with a load picking up in Cleveland this afternoon delivering at 6 am in Elk Grove Village Illinios. Another non-automotive based load paying me a buck a mile because of the tolls. That makes for 5100 total miles in 8 days. I hope I can get some sleep soon, but i'm gonna be first out when I unload in the morning and there is a lot of stuff that comes out of where i'm delivering. I'll have to eat these runs up while they're hot.
Hey, Erie, you trying to run more miles than me? lol! It's nice to have these two wonderful companies working hard finding loads for us. Hope you enjoy your time in florida. A word of advice, E-Logistics just got me and another guy out of Waycross GA yesterday and today. You might want to relocate to that location in anticipation of a weekend load. I'd ask E-commerce before you do so because there were three loads out of Orlando that I could have maybe gotten if I didn't drive down to Lyons to see my friend. Good luck all!

Sitting at the TA in Morris, IL. Dispatch called with a possible run to N. Charleston, SC that they were bidding on. Never panned out I guess. So off to bed!

Got a load from Aurora, IL to S. Bend, IN. Only 128 miles. So that will give me a whoping 898 miles for the whole week!
