had two loads last week.first one was al to mi.Next was a load i knew better to take.Thursday first offer pick up at chicago airport to st louis i turned it down,which i regret dearly but i never have any luck there .Next load offer,chicago to waterloo iowa.I knew not to take it,but i ask the dipatcher 6 times i said can you get me out friday,oh yes we can!Well guess what i figured out they lie like every other company,but cant be mad at them cause i knew better just wished they would have not lied,and i would have dead headed back to rockford for load friday.but anyways sit there till 3 friday called them and told them they where full of it.And got out before the 27 twister hit the state.Im sitting in sunny huntsville Al.Dont know what my next move well be.But i bet it want be with express1 ;)

Sitting near Chicago, waiting for my load. Freight NOT ready. I bet these DUDES would be mad if I were late. It would be better if they spoke English too. Darn, I hope I don't run into siesta time. :eek:

Got a load from Mars, PA to Antwerp, OH. 296 miles. I'm sitting here at the Petro off I69 in Indiana at exit 157 waiting for a load. After reading the latest posts in the Express 1 and Cargo Vans forum I sure hope I'm not in a bad area! Lol gas is 3.99/ gal here and I can't afford to DH.

5 miles from my Nashville delivery. Have to wait till morning. Will have supper, get a good nights sleep and deliver in the morning. Then up to Louisville for a tomorrow afternoon pick up headed for L.A. California. Nice little run! :D Now lets just hope nothing screws up.

Decided to go site seeing, went to the Battlefield of Antiemtam. This sure beat sitting in the truck stop again all day. Besides Tracy used to Re-Enact the Civil War, so he has always wanted to take me there.
I wasn't enthused about it as he was, since it was drizzling and about 50 degrees out. But we did enjoy ourselves.
Now on our way to the Pilot in Haggerstown, MD. Hopefully we will get a load soon. Need to pay for this fuel we just burnt, lol.
