Hagerstown, MD. Finished a 1700 mile week. Not bad considering last week was zero plus the negative of getting out of the dead zone called Dallas. My week compared to January and February is significantly down miles and rate-wise.

It only averages out to 600 miles a day !! And if someone can't handle that, then they need to deliver pizzas or something like that....Maybe become a taxi driver with no rear brake adjusters..

BUT you had a day and a half wait in there on one load and another almost whole day on another...you did closer to 900 miles a day sir...;)

last week was slow with a couple please helps, then 2000 miles. cleveland tn, crossville tn to sedalia mo, memphis mo to b aton rogue where we unloaded a short while back.

need to shop for food and water soon today. wanted to stop at whattaburger but the driveway was blocked by the fire trucks next door at the ihop. newspaper says a smoker schlepped his smoldering butt into the mulch outside the ihop. the mulch started blazing and the fire crept up the outside wall and into the ceiling crawl space. everyone got out safely.

Syracuse NY...and it has snowed on and off most of the afternoon. Ugh...I hate this place. If fuel wasn't the bargain price of $3.30 /gal I would have departed for the Great White North long ago, where, my wife tells me it is sunny and 50 degrees.

I delivered to Shippenburg on Saturday and was in the Pittsburgh area yesterday before I went back into the shop today.

Harry Zeigler Dodge, Plainwell, MI. Awaiting parts. Driveshaft hanger bearings. I'm beginning to feel like Dakota and his Hino last summer. At least now I know what hanger bearing failure sounds like. I thought I was going to lose my entire drivetrain.

Yes, and both are shot. Doesn't seem like such a long wait for the part like some people have experienced. It should be here first thing in the morning. I don't see how people could keep driving with it bad while they waited for the part to arrive.

I'm surprised they lasted.....it is a known weakness that resulted in a redesign/update. Unfortunately the redesign is not backwards compatible as it requires a different shaft. When the rear half of my driveshaft was replaced, I got the updated bearing for that part..my front shaft is still the old design.

Either way....be glad you didn't need a new shaft, it could put a guy out of business.
