I would think the ones that are vocal with what changes are needed is more of a benefit rather than suffering in silence.

This is just an uneducated guess, but can anybody else see that it won't be long till FECC gets entirely away from percentage based compensation and moves to straight mileage?

It just seems that since the vans have gone that way, and now the tractors, how long until they make the change with the straights?

Funny how it seems to be happening just as the economy is starting to rebound so when freight rates increase they won't have to share in their good fortunes with their contractors.

If anyone is thinking of making the switch (not just from the Fed), now would be a good time to look at companies that pay by percentage of the load.

CC is a small (very small) part of the big picture (it is like a spec of dirt on a Jackson Pollack's Number 5) and many don't get that part.

I've stared at that speck for hours, and could have sworn it was intentional, seeing how it makes the painting! Lol, can't you tell I'm suffering from archive fever :eek:
