Now some more details are starting to emerge, and some eyewitnesses are coming forward. According to ABC News it turns out that Travon Martin was serving a 5-day suspension from high school for possession of a bag that had contained pot, and was not a small 17-yr old kid - he was about 6'2" and 150 lbs. Zimmerman was 5'9" and 200 lbs. The eyewitness also said he saw Martin attacking Zimmerman on the ground just before the shot was fired.

But I thought the kid was perfect and the other guy had already been convicted in the court of public opinion.

The mother is hoping. Already filed for the ability to do CD's and movies on her dead son. Just can't make this kind of stuff up.

President Barack Hussein Obama said that if he had a son he'd probably look like the Martin kid. I'll bet he would - complete with gold teeth, tats, and the Twitter handle of "@NO_LIMIT_NIGG*".:rolleyes:

The more we find out about this whole mess, the more it sounds the Tawana Brawley fraud or the Duke University lacrosse scandal. Just another case of what Rush Limbaugh calls the "Drive By Media", throwing out a bunch of unsubstantiated hype that might put people's lives in danger but having no consequences for their irresponsible reporting of rumors as fact.

There are other links on Google that are showing some posts and photos from his Twitter and Facebook accounts that are pretty revealing. Looks like this kid might have been just a common street punk instead of the all-American youth the media initially tried to portray.

A mob mentality is forming around Zimmerman. The calls for "justice" more closely resemble a demand for revenge.

Now they are reporting Martin was suspended for having a baggie that had been used to carry pot and that Martin did actually attack Zimmerman while he was going back to his truck. To top this off the family is now trying to cash in on the slogan I am Trayvon.

I am likin his Twitter account name...a great name for a "nice boy"....."no limit ni**a...his words, not mine....oh and you might want to "google" that "term" and see just what it stands for and is associated with....kinda make you go hmmmmm.....:rolleyes:

A UK news article again? So......since the kid wore a hoodie and smoked pot, he had it coming to him? Even though he had every right to be where he was and was only armed with Skittles and an iced tea. Do you even realize how ridiculous you sound?

I wouldn't be surprised if this may be standard operating procedure for a law firm when dealing with such a high profile case. In the article they show the document as being filed by a Sabrina Fulton, the actual spelling of her first name is Sybrina.

You really think this mother is worried about making money off of her dead son? Really?

There really is reason to question the mother's character and doubt the fact that she says she won't take any money. Just look at the way she has deceived the public already and is willing to start a witch hunt against Zimmerman based off of lies and no evidence.

A few more pieces of the puzzle from this article. Originally the protests were taking place because they never brought Martin in for questioning but it turns out they held him for hours and denied him medical attention. The police were accused of not doing their jobs but they wanted to arrest Martin on a manslaughter charge but were told there wasn't enough evidence by the state's attorney.

I wish that the noise would stop. Nuthin good is going to come out of this.

We need a better system. NO NAMES! Just say that someone has been shot and someone is being questioned. NO PRETRIAL publicity. Then maybe our justice system would function just a little bit better.
