here ya go. i was getting 60 after the owners 40 off the gross. well what was left and the fsc barely covered fuel for a 1200 mile load i had. he then shorted me on money i spent on maintenance
Must have been running for a pretty low FSC. Driver spending money on maintenance would also be a big question mark.
That aside, it seems the 60/40 is a tougher sell at the Fed because of their pay structure.
We are doing that pay plan at Panther and it seems the best all around. Looking at runs from the first of Jan, I don't see any instance where the driver would have been ahead on a 40/60 plan.
